Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy
for the Spec Go website and mobile application
1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the Spec Go website and mobile application, operated by ОсОО "Предприятие №7".
The policy applies to relations arising from the use of the website, mobile application, support services, ordering special equipment, loader services, booking and using charging stations, and interaction with notifications and payment tools of the service.
By using the website, the mobile application, or otherwise transferring data to the operator, the user confirms that they have read this Policy.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. What data may be processed
The operator processes the following categories of personal data:
surname, first name, patronymic, or another name provided by the user;
phone number;
email address;
profile photo and other images uploaded by the user;
account information, user role, account status, and in-service actions;
data on orders, performer responses, trips, routes, pickup and delivery addresses;
geolocation data, coordinates, route points, and location information if the user has granted the relevant permission;
chat correspondence, support requests, attached files, and other communication materials;
performer document data, including passport information contained in uploaded documents, registration details, selfie with document, and driver license;
payment and transaction data, including transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, refunds, and holds;
technical data, including push token, device id, app version, interface language, event logs, and security service logs;
data on charging sessions, bookings, tariffs, consumed energy volume, session duration, and related payments.
4. Purposes of personal data processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
user registration and granting access to mobile application features;
performance of the Terms of Use and the Public Offer;
arranging interaction between customers and independent performers;
processing and supporting special equipment orders, loader services, and charging sessions;
acceptance, processing, and confirmation of payments, holds, refunds, and settlements;
identity verification of performers and fraud risk reduction;
sending service notifications, verification codes, emails, and support messages;
ensuring security, resolving disputes, handling claims and requests;
compliance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. Legal grounds for processing
The legal grounds for processing personal data are:
the consent of the personal data subject;
the need to perform a contract or pre-contractual actions initiated by the user;
the need to comply with legal, accounting, tax, and other mandatory regulatory requirements;
the operator’s legitimate interest in ensuring security, service stability, and protection of the rights of service participants.
6. Transfer of data to third parties
The operator does not sell users’ personal data.
Data may be transferred only to the extent necessary for the operation of the service to the following categories of parties:
payment providers, including FreedomPay;
SMS and WhatsApp providers for sending verification codes and service notifications;
push notification and technical infrastructure providers, including Firebase Cloud Messaging;
contractors responsible for hosting, maintenance, security, and administration;
performers and partners to the extent required to fulfill a relevant order or charging session;
state authorities and other authorized persons in cases expressly provided by law.
7. Analytics, cookies, and similar technologies
The website and app use technical cookies and similar technologies necessary for authorization, security, localization, preserving user sessions, and stable interface operation.
Marketing analytics and advertising pixels are not used in the service.
If technical or analytical tools are used within the service, information about them is specified in the current version of this Policy.
8. Data retention and protection
The operator takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, blocking, destruction, and other unlawful actions.
Personal data is stored no longer than required by the purposes of processing, contractual conditions, operational necessity, protection of the operator’s rights, and mandatory legal requirements of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Payment, accounting, claim-related, and other information important for performance of obligations is stored for the period required to comply with the law, confirm settlements, and resolve disputes.
9. User rights
The user has the right to:
receive information about the fact of processing their personal data;
request clarification, updating, or correction of data;
withdraw consent to personal data processing in cases where processing is based on consent;
request deletion of data or termination of processing unless otherwise required by law or to protect the operator’s legitimate interests;
contact support and send claims or other requests using the operator’s contact details.
Account deletion and related requests are handled through the service support team.
10. Service notifications
The operator sends users only service notifications related to registration, phone or email verification, orders, payments, charging sessions, account security, and support requests.
Marketing and advertising mailings are not performed within the current service model.
11. Changes to the Policy
The operator changes this Policy when data processing practices, service functionality, or legal requirements change. The current version is published on the website and/or in the mobile application.
The new version becomes effective from the moment of publication unless another date is additionally specified.
