Terms of Use
for using the Spec Go mobile application
1. General provisions
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between ОсОО "Предприятие №7" and the user arising from the use of the Spec Go mobile application, the service website, and related digital interfaces.
The Spec Go application is a digital platform that enables interaction between customers, independent performers, charging infrastructure partners, and the platform operator.
If the user does not agree with these Terms, they must stop using the service.
2. Terms
The following key terms are used in these Terms:
Platform means the website, mobile application, server, and payment infrastructure of the SpecGo service;
User means an individual using the service as a customer, performer, or another permitted participant;
Performer means an independent driver, loader, or another person providing services to users through the platform;
Partner means a party that has connected charging stations or other infrastructure facilities to the service;
Order means a request for special equipment services, loader services, or other services available in the application;
Charging session means booking, starting, supporting, and completing an electric vehicle charging process together with the relevant settlements.
3. Purpose of the platform
The platform is intended for:
placing and managing special equipment orders;
interaction between customers and independent performers;
message exchange, service notifications, and support;
booking and paying for charging sessions;
displaying order statuses, transaction history, and related financial events.
The Spec Go mobile application operates in live mode and is used by users on an ongoing basis for the scenarios described above.
4. Status of the platform operator
ОсОО "Предприятие №7" acts as the operator of the digital platform and ensures its functioning.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific user scenario, the platform operator is not the direct performer of special equipment works or loader services.
Performers registered in the service act independently and bear responsibility for the actual performance of the obligations they have accepted before the customer within the limits of applicable law and service conditions.
For the charging station module, the platform operator provides the digital and payment infrastructure for user interaction with connected charging infrastructure and partners.
5. Registration and account
To access the application functionality, the user completes registration and phone number verification.
For certain roles and features, the service requests additional information and documents.
The user must provide accurate data and keep it up to date.
The user is responsible for actions performed using their account unless they prove unlawful access by third parties beyond their control.
6. Rules of use
The user is prohibited from:
using the service for unlawful purposes;
providing false information or another person’s personal data without legal grounds;
bypassing technical limitations or interfering with the application, API, payment, or notification infrastructure;
using the service for spam, fraud, money laundering, or other bad-faith activity;
posting unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.
7. Payments and service operations
Payment in the service is made by bank card through the FreedomPay payment provider.
Depending on the scenario, the service may use a pre-authorization hold, charge by actual cost, refund the difference, fully cancel the hold, or apply another supported payment scenario.
Payment confirmation, processing, rejection, refund, and other statuses depend on the rules of the payment provider, the user’s bank, the selected order scenario, and the current service logic.
8. Notifications and support
The platform uses push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and internal messages solely for service purposes: action confirmation, security, order status, payment status, charging session status, and support requests.
Communication with the user is carried out through support interfaces and the contact details provided by the user.
9. Intellectual property
All exclusive rights to the mobile application, website, software code, databases, design, texts, graphics, trademarks, and other elements of the platform belong to the platform operator or are used by it on lawful grounds.
The user receives a limited right for personal use of the platform without the right to copy, distribute, modify, decompile, or otherwise use it outside the permitted service scenarios.
10. Limitation of liability
The platform operator is not liable for failures caused by actions of third parties, banks, payment systems, telecom operators, external APIs, navigation and mapping services, or force majeure circumstances.
The platform operator does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the service but takes reasonable measures to maintain its operability.
The platform operator is not responsible for actions of independent performers outside the scope of the functions and obligations expressly assumed by it as the operator of the digital platform.
11. Blocking, access restriction, and account deletion
The operator may restrict access to an account, block, or delete a user account in case of legal violations, breach of service terms, suspected fraud, abuse of platform functionality, security risks, or other material grounds.
The user contacts support to request account deletion or restoration of access. The operator reviews such requests taking into account mandatory legal requirements, security interests, and the need to retain part of the data for performance of obligations and dispute resolution.
12. Changes to the Terms and governing law
The operator changes these Terms when the service functionality, contractual model, or legal requirements change. The current version is published within the service.
The laws of the Kyrgyz Republic apply to the relations between the parties.
The parties seek to resolve disputes through negotiations and support requests, and if no agreement is reached, in the manner established by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
